Extensive background as executive vice president of a nationally known management consulting firm advising large and small clients on topics such as organizational development, long and short range organizational planning, management assessment and appraisal, management training and development, policies and procedures and management structure. Major clients included banks, hospitals, hotels, colleges and manufacturing firms.
- JOEL KAHN - COMMITEE CO-CHAIR
Background in importing, wholesaling, retailing, distribution and manufacturing in the following industries: toys, stationary, hobbies, crafts, hardware, paint, sporting goods, auto supplies and art supplies. Experience as a company president/owner, and in acquiring businesses, taking a company public and serving on the board of directors of four companies.
- NORMAN FRIEDMAN
Specialist in international procurement as purchasing/materials manager for scientific and industrial corporations. Imported for companies from Germany, Italy, Israel, Taiwan, Switzerland and China. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in French and Italian.
- PATRICK FALZONE
Major areas of expertise are management, marketing and business/strategic planning. Also well versed in finance, manufacturing and R&D. Responsibilities on a corporate level ranged from brand management to marketing vice president. Experience in launching new products, acquiring/divesting businesses, setting and meeting revenue, expense and profit goals. Additional experience in account management for a major advertising agency and in media sales for a national representative firm.

Publisher of PJM, a national monthly magazine for the jewelry industry. Also served as international sales manager for Chilton publishing company before it was acquired by American Broadcasting Company, Capital Cities, Walt Disney and Reed Business Publications. In addition, experience as regional sales manager for Modern Photography and Photo Dealer magazines.

C.E.O. of a sportswear/knitwear corporation that manufactured and sold to retailers in the United States. Skills are in marketing, sales, finance, acquisitions, new company start-ups and guiding company growth.
- EDWARD COBLENS
Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience as a sole practitioner servicing and providing financial advice to individual taxpayers and small businesses. Additional experience includes starting up a home fire alarm company, starting up and running a large drive in dry cleaning plant and store, and controller/financial officer of medium and large corporations.
- MILTON MALKIN
Over 50 years of experience as owner of retail stores. Export distributor of General Electric Appliances. Importer of appliances from Europe. Sold businesses but remain as consultant.

Experienced Financial Planner and Advisor working with small business owners to comprehensively plan for a comfortable financial future . Specific expertise in Employee attraction and retention programs and design, Business protection, Business Valuation and Business Succession planning.
- ANDREW SALUK
My experience has been in advising small business owners in all financial aspects of their business. My specific expertise is in small business lending. I have worked with startups through established businesses in securing all levels of financing. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge of the SBA and other related government related lending programs.
